Youth Mental Health Day
On 7th September it was STEM4’s first ever Youth Mental Health Day which was all about celebrating resilience and how you cope when you feel down. Whether it is listening to your favourite music, playing with your dog, or going for a walk, there are lots of different ways to build your resilience.
Tokyo class celebrated the day by discussing what makes them sad and then how they could bounce back by doing things that make them happy and calm. The students wrote 3 things that help them stay calm and happy when they’re feeling down on a poster.
