World Mental Health Day

Today at Carew Academy we have been focusing on our mental health by looking at an A-Z of small, manageable chunks of advice and ways to help stop us feeling overwhelmed and better able to cope with life. Additionally, In RSHE we have focused on the Ups and Downs of life and how we can balance our see-saw to become more resilient, even when the tough times are really tough!

We all have different experiences of mental health, no matter our circumstances and a key way to remove any stigma is to keep having honest conversations. This World Mental Health Day let’s make it a time for us to come together, share our thoughts and make mental health a global priority.
