Carew Academy is a Special Academy for pupils aged 7 – 18 with a wide range of ability levels and additional learning needs.

At Carew Academy we want our students to feel a part of both the school and the wider community.
At Carew Academy we understand that parents/carers need to be involved in their children’s education.
Pupils have taken part in our first Theme Day of the academic year. The focus for this was Victorian history. Pupils participated in a variety of Victorian-themed activities instead of usual lessons, and many came dressed as Victorian school children!
One student said “I really enjoyed learning about the things that the Victorians invented!”
