Upper School Food Studies Residential
On Tuesday 17th December, the Upper School Food Studies group travelled to Broadstone Warren Activity Centre in Sussex to put their skills into practice.
They cooked and served an amazing three course meal of lasagne, pavlova and cheese, followed by coffee and mints, for invited guests!
It was a fantastic evening with far too much food and lots of Christmas cracker jokes. Well done to all the students for an excellent meal!
The students then stayed overnight and were looking forward to cooking themselves a fried breakfast in the morning.
