United Nations International Day of Peace

Carew Academy celebrated The United Nations International Day of Peace on 21.9.23 devoted to strengthening the ideals of peace, through observing 24 hours of non-violence and cease-fire. Never have our local communities and wider world needed peace more than now.

where we discussed what peace means, and how peace begins with us!  Some classes also looked at how we can show peace within our school community by making up with friends after arguments, forgiving each other, and showing love and kindness to each other; which is one of our school values.
