Tate Modern Exhibition

On Friday 13th December, the Life Skills students from Lower and Upper School visited the Tate Modern Gallery to see Olafur Eliasson’s exhibition.

Students had a chance to experience a variety of activities. They started with a room full of light that removed all the colours and made everyone and everything look monochromatic. There was also a room full of white and orange mist – students enjoyed it so much that we had to go through it twice. There was a room with water mist creating a rainbow, students got wet and very happy. They walked through a tube full of mirrors and played with their colourful shadows. All of our students had a great time and enjoyed it to its full potential.

The school is making such a difference to the lives of our young people. I am immensely proud of all that you are achieving.

Cllr Ruth Dombey, Leader of Sutton Council
