Mental Health and Wellbeing

Positive Mental Health and Wellbeing

Mental Health is all about the state your brain is in – how you feel, think and how you behave. Just like physical health (the wellbeing of your body) mental health can change during your lifetime and it needs to be looked after, especially as you get older and there is more pressure on you from school, home and relationships.

Remember, it can be hard to open up when you’re feeling sad or low but talking about your feelings to friends, family or teachers can really help.
