Carew Academy is a Special Academy for pupils aged 7 – 18 with a wide range of ability levels and additional learning needs.

Students from Beijing Class (Sixth Form Catering Pathway) had the privilege of visiting the renowned Ritz Hotel in London. They toured the kitchens and met the Head Chef, who provided insight into the daily operations of a professional kitchen. This was followed by a guided tour of the hotel, including one of its luxurious suites, and a meeting with Michael De Cozar, Head Hall Porter, who has served at the Ritz for over 50 years.
