Students from Carew Academy took part in a mixed ability rugby day at The Stoop pitch, home of the Harlequins rugby team. The event was designed to increase participation and make the game more inclusive and accessible. Students enjoyed fun warm up sessions before being put through their paces in a series of matches in the afternoon. They also got to test their tech skills when they popped in to the Digital Hub in the grounds Media Centre, run by OHC&AT’S Digital School, long term supporters of the Harlequins Foundation. It was an exhilarating day for all involved and students did Carew proud with their excellent sportsmanship and two wins from two games!
