Carew Academy is a special academy for pupils aged 7-18 with a wide range of ability levels and additional learning needs, including complex needs.

At Carew Academy we understand that parents/carers need to be involved in their children’s education.
Students across the school created poppy inspired artwork to adorn the gates at the entrance to Carew. The display has been appreciated by the local community who have stopped to take a closer look. Every year students learn about why we have Remembrance Day and why it is so importance that we never forget. At 11.00am they showed their respect by observing the 2 minutes silence gathered at the front of the school by their commemorative art display.
