Additional Training

Outreach

We are proud to offer outreach support to schools seeking guidance in supporting individual students. Our student support team provides an informed approach towards ensuring all students have the tools needed to learn.

As part of our outreach service, we can visit your school to observe the student. Speak with familiar members of the child’s team to understand strengths, context and any challenges the student faces. Facilitate a strategy meeting to best practice and develop approaches that can support the student to engage within their learning.

For further details, please contact Jon Davey jdavey@carewacademy.org

MIDAS training

The MiDAS training course is the Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme, a nationally recognized training program run by the Community Transport Association (CTA) to enhance the safety of minibus drivers. The course includes a theory-based e-learning module and a practical on-road driving assessment.
