SEND Policy and Information Report – sets out the principle and aims of the school’s SEND arrangements and outlines the school’s provision for students with SEND. The report is based on: Section 69(2) of the Children and Families Act 2014 and regulation 51 and schedule 1 of the Special Educational Needs and Disability Regulations 2014 and section 6 of the Special educational needs and disability code of practice: 0 to 25 years.
Local Offer– Sutton Local Authority’s Local Offer provides information on services for children and young people with SEN in their borough. Carew Academy is a key part of Sutton’s Local Offer.
