Job Description

To support staff wellbeing we have ‘Wellbeing Wednesdays’. Each half term we have a Wellbeing Wednesday – before Easter we had a Selfie Easter Egg Hunt and at the end of the summer we hold our Family BBQ!  This is an exciting time to be joining us with an increasing pupil roll and lots of opportunities for career development within our wider family of Orchard Hill College and Academy Trust.

Person Specification

We are looking for an organised and effective communicator to work in our Facilities Team and to cover office duties as required with Carew Academy. You will communicate effectively with customers, staff, students and all stakeholders face to face, in writing or by telephone on the help desk. You will provide general office administration and will receive training and support to achieve your Intermediate level apprenticeship in customer service.

You must have A*-E GCSE grades or functional/key skills at Level 1 or above in English and maths or be working towards these.
