Fun at Chessington World of Adventures!

Our Lower School students and staff enjoyed a fabulous day at Chessington World of Adventures on 5th June, courtesy of The Lady Taverners, who not only gave us free tickets but also gave each student £5 spending money.

It was great to see students (and some staff!) face new challenges head-on and overcome their fears on the faster rides such as Vampire, Dragon’s Fury and Kobra.  There was also plenty of fun being had on the calmer rides such as The Gruffalo River, Seastorm and Zufari.  We saw a variety of animals including; giraffes, hippos, deer and tigers, to name but a few.  Students enjoyed spending their money on all sorts of things, ranging from sweets to cuddly toys and from rubber reptiles to plastic flamingo grabbers!

All in all, it was an exhausting but fantastic day, and we were extremely grateful to The Lady Taverners for giving us this opportunity.
