Carew Academy will, as far as is possible, remain open to support the families of key workers and the vulnerable children we serve. Please take care and contact us if you need anything. Best wishes, Rob Watkins, Principal

England v Montenegro

On the 14th November, a select group of students were invited to Wembley Stadium to watch England’s 1000th International Match, and Euro qualifier, against Montenegro. Students were chosen based on their effort and behaviour in PE so far this academic year. Based on the success of last years visit, excitement circulated through the group as we travelled to the venue. With a scoreline of 7-0 to England, it is fair to say that the tiresome journey was worthwhile and we thoroughly enjoyed the match. Though hesitant to leave, we made our way back to school still buzzing from the amazing atmosphere – a brilliant end to what will be a very memorable moment for us all.

A special thanks to the Sutton School Sports Partnership who helped us get tickets for the fixture!

Carew is an amazing school for our son, he now shines academically and his social skills are outstanding since being part of Carew.  Most of all they understand his needs and support him daily.
