Duke of Edinburgh Students Successfully Complete Practice Expedition

By Clair Hill - May 20th, 2025 | Posted in Article

This month, our Duke of Edinburgh students successfully completed their practice expedition. For many, it was their first time away from home and camping, so we held a sleepover at our new Carew Academy site to ensure a comfortable and supportive environment.

The students embarked on a challenging 12-mile hike, demonstrating outstanding resilience, teamwork, and determination. We are incredibly proud of their achievements and the spirit they showed throughout the journey.

We look forward to continuing this exciting adventure with the next part of the expedition in June!
