Carew Academy is a Special Academy for pupils aged 7 – 18 with a wide range of ability levels and additional learning needs.
This section provides key information including how the school spends the funding it receives, its policies and procedures, students' progress and attainment, inspection information and the schools self-evaluation.
At Carew Academy students have access to a range of support and therapies that can enhance their educational experience with us.
At Carew Academy we want our students to feel a part of both the school and the wider community.
At Carew Academy we understand that parents/carers need to be involved in their children’s education.
On Friday 8th June, pupils from Carew took part in Unicef’s Soccer Aid to raise money to help children in other countries.
We held a 5 A Side football tournament which saw around 70 pupils playing against one another. The pupils then took part in staff vs pupil matches which were also a great success.
All pupils had a great afternoon whether playing or supporting and the staff realised they are not as young as they thought!
