Celebrating Roald Dahl Day

By Clair Hill - September 19th, 2025 | Posted in Article

Carew Academy celebrated Roald Dahl Day in style this year with a host of exciting displays and interactive activities in our new school library. Students stepped into the world of Dahl’s stories as they posed for photos with some of their favourite characters, searched for Wonka’s hidden golden tickets, joined Matilda on a thrilling book scavenger hunt, and even dug through the delightfully dirty beard of Mr Twit. It was a fantastic celebration that brought Roald Dahl’s magical world to life for everyone to enjoy.
