Principal, James Kearns leads a team of specialist teachers, specialist assistants, and support staff.

Lucy Davey – Senior Assistant Principal – Lead for KS2 and Year 7, Wellbeing and Admissions

Marcin Gesla – Assistant Principal – Lead for KS3 and Student Leadership

Michael Wood  Assistant Principal – Lead for KS4, Strategic Lead for Maths, Careers and Work Experience

Jake Stratton  Assistant Principal – Lead for Sixth form, Careers and Work Experience

Ruth Duggan  Assistant Principal – Lead for Accreditations, Strategic Lead for English, Transport, Exam officer and Teacher training

Carew is an amazing school for our son, he now shines academically and his social skills are outstanding since being part of Carew.  Most of all they understand his needs and support him daily.
