Privacy Statement

New General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)  were introduced in the UK from 25 May 2018 and OHC&AT wish to assure all stakeholders of our commitment to uphold the principles of the GDPR.   We have reviewed our policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the regulations.

  • how we keep your personal information safe

Our Privacy Notices tell you what to expect when OHC&AT collects personal information. It applies to the information we collect about pupils, students, staff, visitors to our website, suppliers and for marketing and research purposes.

OHC&AT  believes that privacy is a very important right and when processing and developing information systems we are committed to privacy by design which means we will ‘ask permission, respect the privacy of the subject, value and protect an individual’s data’ at all times.
