At Carew Academy we understand that parents/carers need to be involved in their children’s education.
On Friday 7th December 2018, in the storming rain and wet and windy Carew took 9 of their finest young rugby players down to Cobham Rugby Club to attend the Harlequins RFU Touch Rigby Festival. Due to the poor weather, some schools did pull out so we volunteered ourselves to enter BOTH the touch and tag rugby competitions. The pupils spent the morning learning the rules of touch rugby, before starting their competitions in the afternoon.
